🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If the item was returned due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will also refund the original shipping cost
 
📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was incorrect or defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
